Brendan Hayden, CSCS

Co-Founder, Director of Athletic Performance and Golf

Hayden is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as an International Youth Coaching Association Certified Youth Speed and Agility Specialist, and a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Stetson University, where he was a member of the nationally ranked Hatters baseball team.    Hayden has trained a wide variety of clientele from young athletes to seniors with severe physical limitations.  His current clients include several members of the PGA Tour and Nationwide Tour.  Hayden has presented to numerous groups and organizations, including a featured workshop with the South Florida PGA.  His writing has been published on Strengthcoach.com and has been quoted in several major news outlets, including the U.S. News.

Hunter McMillan, CSCS      

Co-Founder, Director of Fitness and Program Design

McMillan is certified through two of the most widely respected fitness organizations in the world, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  His certifications held are Certified Health Fitness Specialist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  His professional fitness career began after graduating cum laude from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science.  While at Gettysburg McMillan was a member of the varsity football team for all 4 years seeing playing time as both a quarterback and tight end, as well as contributing as a student coach after his senior season.   McMillan’s experience in training and coaching includes athletes from elementary school all the way through college as well as weight loss clients from all walks of life.
